What is an Evergreen Timer?
Ends on a specific date (e.g., Friday at midnight).
Ends X hours after the user opens the email.
How does it work?
Most email timers break when you put them in an automation (like a Welcome Flow) because the end date is static.
Our Evergreen timers use a unique ID (from your email provider's Merge Tags) to track when each specific person opens the email.
- User A opens on Monday → Timer ends Tuesday.
- User B opens on Wednesday → Timer ends Thursday.
